### Warm-Up (10 minutes)
1. **Introduction (2 minutes)**
- Briefly explain the importance of staying physically active and how coordination is important in everyday activities.
2. **Stretching and Movement (8 minutes)**
- Play some lively music.
- Lead the students through a series of simple stretches targeting different muscle groups: arms, legs, back, and neck.
- Follow up with a dynamic warm-up: jogging in place, high knees, arm circles, and jumping jacks.
### Main Activities (40 minutes)
#### Activity 1: Obstacle Course (20 minutes)
1. **Setup (5 minutes)**
- Create a simple obstacle course using cones, hoops, and beanbags.
- Demonstrate each station of the obstacle course to the students.
2. **Execution (15 minutes)**
- Divide students into small groups.
- Allow each group to go through the obstacle course, ensuring safety.
- Encourage students to help each other and cheer for their classmates.
#### Activity 2: Coordination Drills (20 minutes)
1. **Beanbag Toss (10 minutes)**
- Pair students and give each pair a beanbag.
- Instruct students to toss the beanbag to their partner and catch it, focusing on hand-eye coordination.
- Gradually increase the distance between partners.
2. **Jump Rope Rhythms (10 minutes)**
- Introduce students to basic jump rope techniques.
- Start with simple jumps and gradually introduce jumps to a rhythm or music.
- Encourage students to keep trying and provide support as needed.
### Cool Down (10 minutes)
1. **Cooling Down Exercises (5 minutes)**
- Lead a slow march in place.
- Guide students through a series of slow, deep-breathing exercises combined with gentle stretches.
2. **Discussion and Reflection (5 minutes)**
- Gather students in a circle.
- Ask students how they felt during the activities and what they enjoyed the most.
